"I just wanted to let you know , how great it was to work with Kitty on my claim. I work for an insurance company. We have a claims office here in Colorado Springs. I have a claim with one of my insured's that involves his hot tub. Generally we work through our general contractors when we have a loss, but because this loss is so specialized I needed to find a hot tub company to work with directly. I did a hot tub search online and called XXXXXX Hot Tubs first. (I drive by their place everyday) The person I spoke to was very curt, did not give me any information, other than to discuss their hourly charge. I then called your company, and spoke to Kitty She explained in detail what was needed to find a leak and the costs associated with the repair. I have since then been working with her on this claim and she has kept me in the loop with everything. I have sent an email to my whole department advising if a claim comes up in Colorado Springs for a hot tub, your company is the one to call."

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Backyards and Billiards recently. My wife and I bought a Cedrus Far Infrared sauna from the east store. Delivery arrangements were a little unusual since the unit we purchased was a floor model. For no extra charge, Greg Bennett, the owner, agreed to meet me personally the next morning (Sunday) more than two hours before the store opened. We had to disassemble the entire sauna, pack the pieces into our trucks and reassemble it at my house. Greg showed the utmost care and patience throughout the entire process. He truly treated each piece of the sauna as though it were fine china! After we had driven to my house and reassembled the unit, Greg made sure all the components were working properly and checked carefully for anything amiss. Such a great product paired with such caring and personal attention made my wife's and my experience at Backyards and Billiards a true joy.

"Your service is outstanding! After buying a Woodland Park home that has one of your hot tubs on the back deck, I needed to learn how to operate and take care of it. I called your store and you asked Bill, your chemical specialist, to come up. He spent plenty of time with me, making sure I understood everything about the operation and maintenance. And when he saw that the design of the deck made it difficult for me to lift and store the cover, he installed an easy-lift mechanism.
Equally impressive is when the hot tub stopped working on a recent cold winter day your service tech Eric came up here the day I called – on his own time! – and found the problem in the house’s electrical system. He helped me protect the hot tub from the freezing temperatures until an electrician could get here.

We had been shopping for a spa since June of this year and actually purchased one from a competitor in August. We had no idea at the time there was a Bullfrog Dealership anywhere in the area. We were rushed through the process and basically forced into leaving a deposit on a spa we weren’t even sure we wanted before we could leave their showroom. Things went downhill from there. We have been a member of the Backyards and Billiards Family for little more than a year now. Before we made our spa/billiards table selection, we visited 4-5 different outlets in Colorado Springs. We made out pick based upon per-sales treatment and product quality with the expectation that their high level of service would continue after the sale and installation. I wanted you to know how much I appreciate your employee Eric and all that he did for our hot tub with a truly positive attitude and willingness to delight the customer in very frigid temps this week.
I've had my same Spa for 17 years and have myself totally rebuilt it with help from your service team the last few years. It may not be the most beautiful tub, but it gives us all the enjoyment we need. Now, along with an old tub come the usual maintenance issues and the issue this time was no circulation. Throughout the week Eric came by the house until he finally got it running perfectly and he gave up his Saturday afternoon to boot to make sure it was fixed. Being a business man for 33 years I really appreciate it when I meet someone like Eric willing to do his best to delight a customer. As you know retaining customers is key to the success of a business and Eric is doing a magnificent job for you!
